Where metal contamination occurs in a pneumatically conveyed pipeline, usually in the blow room, we recommend a Magnetic Hump, this can also be manufactured in stainless steel, with rare earth magnets where hygiene is imperative. We also manufacture the Magnet Type CPM32 specifically designed for carding machines. For needle looms and needle punching machines, the Magnet Type CPM38 has been designed for this purpose. With an ever increasing need for hygiene and product safety demanded by retailers, checked by highly sensitive metal detectors, we also manufacture our range encased in stainless steel with powerful high intensity rare earth magnets capable of extracting minute ferrous particles. The General Purpose Block Magnet is also used in some applications. The Magnetic Sweeper is used to keep floor space free from ferrous contamination.
