Used to keep the product free from contamination we have supplied virtually our whole range of magnetic separators to food manufacturing companies for in-line protection. Primarily supplied with high intensity rare earth magnets, we manufacture Magnetic Plates for chutes, the Magnetic Grids or Magnetic Tubes for hoppers, Single or Double Row Magnetic Grid Boxes for gravity fed chutes. Where risk of product bridging may occur in vertical chutes, we recommend the Double Door Filter Box. We also manufacture the Bullet Magnet for pneumatic pipelines, Suspension Magnet for conveyors and the Magnetic Pipeline for liquids. The Magnetic Cartridge Separator is ideal for free flowing fine products such as flour and has the added advantage of an easy-clean facility.

We also manufacture special items to certain customer's specific design. We adhere to strict food quality standards, manufacturing items completely in stainless steel and meeting the customers' requirements in terms of weld and finish.
