Powerful rare earth magnets are increasingly being demanded by our customers especially in the food industry. As a result we now manufacture our full magnet range in either standard ferrite or rare earth material, typically neodymium iron boron. We use the latest CAD technology to design our products which we will email to you for your inspection and modification.

All our permanent magnetic separators (non-automated) conform to ATEX 20/21/22 directives and DSEAR regulations, as they possess no moving parts and therefore present no source of ignition. This has been independently certified by Chilworth Technology. Furthermore by installing our magnetic separators, which remove metal contamination, the risk of spark ignition is actively reduced. We can also fit ATEX rated switches to our products if requested by the customer.

Small Magnets

We supply a wide range of small magnets including alnico, ferrite and rare earth for any use that you may require. We can cut ferrite and magnetise ferrite magnets to virtually any size required.
