Magnetic Head Roller and Suspension magnet type CPM Elefant
Designed for filtering plastic granules on a conveyor belt, a Greenwood Rare Earth Suspension magnet (type CPM Elefant Easy-Clean) is used in conjunction with a Greenwood Rare Earth Magnetic head roller. The suspension magnet over the conveyor has an easy-clean debris “scrub” plate underneath to quickly remove any build up of contamination. Any contamination missed by this magnet – possibly due to depth of product – will be picked up by the powerful roller at the head of the conveyor, and discharged from the final product.
